JML Fitness Family Challenges are designed to help you increase your activity levels, improve your fitness and body composition, whilst having a host of fun along the way.

Compete against yourself and others (depending on how competitive you're feeling) in a series of points based challenges with a host of prizes at stake.


Get involved with the JML Fitness Family - NHS 28 Day Challenge

Commencing Monday 1st February 2021 - Sunday 28th February 2021

A minimum £5 donation is required to ENTER with all proceeds being donated to QE Charitable Funds

What is it?

A 28 Day Challenge consisting of a number of different point based mini challenges, to help increase your fitness levels, lift your mood and have fun.

(from the date of enrolment until the end of the challenge)

- store body stats and measurements

- take progress photographs

- sync your Fitbit or Apple Watch data to keep track of your step count

- a catalogue of workouts suitable for at home and in the gym

*please note - to take part in these challenges, you will need a smartphone and something to track your activity i.e. Fitbit/Apple Watch, Health App etc.
