WHAT IS THE JML FITNESS FAMILY...

JML Fitness Family is my online group coaching service. It is a welcoming community of like minded people who are all pursuing similar health and fitness related goals.

 

It's main purpose is, to help you find a form of exercise you enjoy and can stick to, give you all the tools you need to achieve your health and fitness related goals, whilst giving you the motivation and coaching support when you really need it.

Hey, I'm James and I'm a Personal Trainer/Online Fitness coach with over

10 years experience training clients. My vision is to help as many people as possible to transform their body & mindset, so that they feel strong and confident. 

Exercise has & continues to play an integral role in my life, helping me to experience not only physical benefits but many mental benefits too. It's because of this that I'm extremely passionate about sharing my knowledge & skills to help others.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

WILL I BE GIVEN A DIET PLAN TO FOLLOW?

No, you will not receive a diet plan to follow. I am firmly against giving my clients diet plans to stick to.

Instead I will strive to teach you the skills to manage your own nutrition. From past experience, I have found this a much more sustainable way for my clients to live.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT FOR THE ON DEMAND WORKOUTS?

Although most of the on demand workouts are bodyweight only, I would definitely encourage you to invest in the following equipment so that you can fully make the most of them...

 

- An exercise mat

- Aerobic Step

- Light Dumbbells (2-4kgs)

- Kettlebell set (between 4-12kg)

- Resistance Bands

 

HOW OFTEN CAN I CHECK IN FOR SUPPORT?

Each week you will receive your personalised check in via email. This is your chance to update James on your progress and any struggles you may have.

You will also get the chance to ask any burning health and fitness related questions you may have that week. This will then be answered in the Weekly LIVE, to help both you and the other JML Fitness Family Members.

I DON'T HAVE A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT, DOES THIS MATTER?

Having a Facebook account is beneficial to make the most of your subscription, as this is where you will really feel a part of the Community, as well as benefitting from easy access to the educational tutorials.

However, you can still join the programme without one, as you will find everything else you need via your JML Fitness app.
