JML Fitness Family Membership Terms & Conditions (Standard & Gold)

 

General

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a JML Fitness Family Membership package 

  2. As a member, you will be granted access to the JML Fitness App via the My PT Hub software as well as the JML Fitness Family private Facebook group 

  3. Upon purchasing your JML Fitness Family membership, you will immediately be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire and Online Waiver. These must be completed prior to you partaking in any online workouts or exercise prescribed by JML Fitness 

  4. Based on the information you provide, JML Fitness will only offer their advice on your daily calorie requirements as well as nutritional advice they are qualified and insured to give out. Thus JML Fitness will not be responsible for the foods to choose to consume.

  5. Any behaviour towards JML Fitness employees or other members that is deemed inappropriate, threatening or insulting may result in the cancellation of your membership without a refund

  6. All JML Fitness memberships are for the individual who purchases the subscription only and is not to be shared

Membership Fees

1. Monthly 

  • Upon subscribing to the JML Fitness Family monthly package, you will pay an initial payment from a debit or credit card which will cover your membership subscription for the next 28 days 

  • After the initial 28 days, your debit or credit card will be charged again 

  • This will continue on a 28 day basis unless JML Fitness receives written notice to cancel your membership subscription 

 

2. Annual 

  • Upon subscribing to a JML Fitness Family annual package, you will make a payment from a debit or credit card which will cover your membership subscription for 12 months 

  • Your annual membership will be set up on an automatic renewal 

  • 28 days prior to your renewal, you will receive email notification from JML Fitness that your annual payment will be taken

  • Payment will then be taken 28 days later unless JML Fitness receives written notice to cancel your membership subscription 

  • You can request to stop your annual renewal by emailing james@jml-fitness.co.uk with your request

 

Cancellation of Membership

  1. JML Fitness has the right to terminate a member’s agreement in the event that they commit a serious breach of the membership agreement or any of the rules that are outlined in our terms and conditions

  2. Should you wish to cancel a monthly membership subscription, you can do so at anytime but must give JML Fitness 14 days written notice. This can be done by emailing james@jml-fitness.co.uk

  3. A member requires confirmation in writing of cancellation from JML Fitness and should recontact JML Fitness if this is not received within 7 days of the initial notice to cancel 

  4. All memberships will lapse at the end of the current payment cycle, with access to the JML Fitness App and JML Fitness Family private Facebook group also ceasing 

  5. There will be no refunds given for cancelling an annual membership package once it has been purchased

1-1 Monthly Coaching Package Terms & Conditions

 

General

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a JML Fitness 1-1 monthly coaching package

  2. As a monthly 1-1 client of JML Fitness, you will be granted access to the JML Fitness App via the My PT Hub software to use throughout your journey and given 8 monthly credits (1 credit = 1 x 60 min PT Session) to use over the 4 weeks

  3. Upon purchasing your JML Fitness Fitness 1-1 monthly coaching package, you will immediately be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire and Waiver. These must be completed prior to you partaking in any exercise prescribed by JML Fitness 

  4. Based on the information you provide, JML Fitness will only offer their advice on your daily calorie requirements as well as nutritional advice they are qualified and insured to give out. Thus, JML Fitness will not be responsible for the foods you choose to consume

  5. You will be required to attend a 30 minute consultation either in person or via video before commencing your package. The purpose of this is to agree your weekly PT session slots, discuss any medical conditions and set your monthly goals

  6. Any behaviour towards JML Fitness employees or other members/clients that is deemed inappropriate, threatening or insulting may result in the cancellation of your package without a refund

  7. All JML Fitness monthly coaching packages are for the individual who purchases the subscription only and is not to be shared

 

Personal Training Sessions

Session Bookings:

  1. Bookings will be agreed at the start of your package, with your 2 x weekly PT slots being confirmed between yourself and JML Fitness

  2. There will be additional PT slots available to book via the JML Fitness app should these need to be arranged

Session Cancellations:

  1. Should you need to cancel or rearrange a PT session for any reason, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to JML Fitness via the app

  • Cancellations with less that 24 hours notice will result in the loss of this credit 

  • Providing that the stated notice is given, you will then have 7 days to rearrange your PT session, at one of the available times JML Fitness will offer you via the JML Fitness app

 

2. In the event that JML Fitness can not fulfil your agreed PT session, you will retain your credit for a further 7 days so that you can reschedule

Holidays:

  • Should you not be able to make your PT session due to a holiday, 2 weeks notice must be given so that your sessions can be rearranged

  • Should JML Fitness not be able to fulfil your PT session due to a holiday, 2 weeks notice will be given so that your PT session can be rearranged.

Lateness:

  1. If JML Fitness is more than 15 minutes late for your PT session you will be entitled to a complimentary PT session, along with any remaining time you still have for that session

  2. If you show up late for your PT session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 25 minutes late, JML Fitness may choose to cancel the PT session and your credit will be lost

Fees

  • After the initial 28 days, your debit or credit card will be charged again 

  • This will continue on a 28 day basis unless JML Fitness receives written notice to cancel your monthly coaching package

Outdoor Warrior Monthly Class Pass Terms & Conditions

 

General

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a JML Fitness outdoor warrior monthly class pass

  2. As a outdoor warrior client of JML Fitness, you will be granted access to the JML Fitness App via the My PT Hub software to use throughout your journey and given unlimited credits to use over the 4 weeks

  3. Upon purchasing your JML Fitness Fitness small Outdoor Warrior Monthly Class Pass package, you will immediately be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire and Waiver. These must be completed prior to you partaking in any exercise prescribed by JML Fitness 

  4. Any behaviour towards JML Fitness employees or other members/clients that is deemed inappropriate, threatening or insulting may result in the cancellation of your package without a refund

  5. All JML Fitness monthly coaching packages are for the individual who purchases the subscription only and is not to be shared

 

Outdoor Warrior Classes

 

Class Bookings:

  1. Classes will run Tuesday-Thursday at the stated times (see timetable) and will be capped at 29 people per class.

  2. You can book in for your preferred classes for the following week via the JML Fitness App, each Friday from 8.30am.

 

Class Cancellations:

  1. Should you book a class and then not be able to make it, you must cancel via the app as soon as you can

  2. Should JML Fitness need to cancel a class, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and a replacement class will be added to the timetable

 

Lateness:

  1. If JML Fitness is more than 15 minutes late for your class you will be entitled to a complimentary class, along with any remaining time you still have for that class

  2. Classes start promptly at the stated times (see timetable), you must ensure you are on time for it to start and to respect your fellow group members

  3. Should you be more than 10 minutes late, you will be refused entry to the class

 

Fees

1. Monthly

  • Upon subscribing to the JML Fitness Monthly Class Pass Package, you will pay an initial payment from a debit or credit card which will cover your classes for the next 28 days 

  • After the initial 28 days, your debit or credit card will be charged again 

  • This will continue on a 28 day basis unless JML Fitness receives written notice to cancel your monthly class pass

 

2. Single

  • Upon purchasing a single class pass, you will pay a one time payment from a debit or credit card which will give you one credit to use on any class of your choosing

 

Cancellation of Package

  1. JML Fitness has the right to terminate a client’s agreement in the event that they commit a serious breach of their package agreement or any of the rules that are outlined in our terms and conditions

Small Group Monthly Coaching Package Terms & Conditions

 

General

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a JML Fitness small group monthly coaching package

  2. As a monthly small group client of JML Fitness, you will be granted access to the JML Fitness App via the My PT Hub software to use throughout your journey given 8 monthly credits (1 credit = 1 x 60 min Small Group Session) to use over the 4 weeks

  3. Upon purchasing your JML Fitness Fitness small group coaching package, you will immediately be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire and Waiver. These must be completed prior to you partaking in any exercise prescribed by JML Fitness 

  4. Based on the information you provide, JML Fitness will only offer their advice on your daily calorie requirements as well as nutritional advice they are qualified and insured to give out. Thus, JML Fitness will not be responsible for the foods you choose to consume

  5. You will be required to attend a 30 minute consultation either in person or via video before commencing your package. The purpose of this is to discuss any medical conditions and set your monthly goals

  6. Any behaviour towards JML Fitness employees or other members/clients that is deemed inappropriate, threatening or insulting may result in the cancellation of your package without a refund

  7. All JML Fitness monthly coaching packages are for the individual who purchases the subscription only and is not to be shared

Personal Training Sessions

Session Bookings:

  1. Sessions will run Tuesday-Friday each week at 6-7am and will be capped at 8 people per session.

  2. You can book in for your preferred slots for the following week via the JML Fitness App, each Friday from 8.30am.

  3. If you fail to use your 8 monthly credits, they will not carry over to the next month unless agreed by JML Fitness

Session Cancellations:

  1. Should you book a session and then not be able to make it, you must cancel via the app as soon as you can

  2. If you book a session and don’t cancel your space you will lose a credit

  3. Should JML Fitness need to cancel a session, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and will not lose a credit

Lateness:

  1. If JML Fitness is more than 15 minutes late for your small group session you will be entitled to a complimentary small group session, along with any remaining time you still have for that session

  2. Sessions start promptly at 6am, you must ensure you are on time for it to start and to respect your fellow group members

  3. Should you be more than 10 minutes late, you will be refused entry to the session

 

Fees

  • Upon subscribing to the JML Fitness small group coaching package, you will pay an initial payment from a debit or credit card which will cover your Personal Training for the next 28 days 

  • After the initial 28 days, your debit or credit card will be charged again 

  • This will continue on a 28 day basis unless JML Fitness receives written notice to cancel your monthly coaching package

2. Quarterly 

  • Upon subscribing to the JML Fitness small group coaching package, you will pay an initial payment from a debit or credit card which will cover your Personal Training for the next 3 months

  • After the initial 3 months, your debit or credit card will be charged again 

  • This will continue on a 3 month basis unless JML Fitness receives written notice to cancel your monthly coaching package

Cancellation of Package

Personal Data JML Fitness Collects 

1. We collect and process the following information: 

  •     -  Personal data such as your name and contact details (address, email address, telephone number)

  •     -  Card details (stored by a third party company)

  •     -  Other personal identifiers such as IP Addresses (collected using Cookies)

  •     -  Your date of birth, gender, weight and height.

2. When you use our services you have the option to include additional information that will help us JML Fitness further tailor any service that we offer you and help you achieve your goals.
This can include details such as: 

  •     -  Minimal details regarding medical conditions or disabilities to ensure that we are able to tailor a package to your needs and abilities.

  •     -  Progress photos (these are uploaded to your JML Fitness account and can be removed by yourself or request JML Fitness to remove them on your behalf.

  • If you do choose to upload any photographs they will only be visible to you and JML Fitness. We may ask for your explicit consent for them to be published on our Website or Social Media pages. Please note, you have the option to withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent you can do this by emailing james@jml-fitness.co.uk
