"Highly recommend James' programme. James really encouraged and pushed all of us to our limits. Every session was different with a mix of weights and cardio for a full-body workout. "I have recently completed a 12 week transformation program with James and I have been amazed with the results I have seen.
It's been fantastic digging out old clothes that didn't fit anymore (admit it, we all keep them as a weight loss goal) and comfortably fitting into them.
The program was a perfect mix of exercises that kept me motivated and progressing towards my overall fitness targets. I have learned so much, I am no longer a 'slave to the scales' as weight isn't always a true measure of success.

"I have just finished James’ 6 week programme and I can’t recommend it enough. The small group training is great as you have the encouragement from others but mainly the motivation from James.
James pushes you, whilst also encourages your progress and makes you feel confident whilst exercising.
The classes are a mixture and different every week, but with a theme running throughout. I went from not being able to run 90 seconds in the first week, to being able to run 10 minutes straight by week 6 with James’ encouragement and training.
