WHAT IS THE JML FITNESS FAT LOSS CHALLENGE...

The JML Fitness Fat Loss Challenge is a 6 week long kickstart challenge designed to help you lose fat, build your body confidence and learn you the skills required to get lasting results.

 

Running 4 times a year, the challenge will see you come together with a like minded community of people, all striving to achieve the same goal.

Hey, I'm James and I'm a Personal Trainer/Online Fitness coach with over

10 years experience training clients. My vision is to help as many people as possible to transform their body & mindset, so that they feel strong and confident. 

Exercise has & continues to play an integral role in my life, helping me to experience not only physical benefits but many mental benefits too. It's because of this that I'm extremely passionate about sharing my knowledge & skills to help others. 

WHAT PAST CHALLENGERS HAVE TO SAY...

When I launched the JML Fitness Family back in March 2020, I noticed that a common issue for a lot of my clients was motivation. They knew what they needed to do but without anything to focus on, they struggled to achieve their goals.

This led me to launching monthly challenges, which not only helped give those taking part a short term focus, but also enabled them to enjoy the process of losing weight a lot more than before.

 

From there my 6 week Fat Loss Challenge was born and it's fair to say it has inspired a lot of people to drop body fat and feel better both physically and mentally too.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

WILL I BE GIVEN A DIET PLAN TO FOLLOW?

No, you will not receive a diet plan to follow. I am firmly against giving my clients diet plans to stick to.

Instead I will strive to teach you the skills to manage your own nutrition. From past experience, I have found this a much more sustainable way for my clients to live.

ARE THE TRAINING PLAN'S EASY TO FOLLOW?

The training plans are suitable for those new to exercise, as well as those who may be more experienced when it comes to exercising.

You will have the choice of selecting from a range of both Home and Gym Based training plans, which can be followed along with ease using the JML Fitness App.

Each training plan comes with exercise demonstrations to show you how to perform each individual exercise and there is also an exercise swap function should you be unable to do an exercise for any particular reason.

 

HOW OFTEN CAN I CHECK IN FOR SUPPORT?

Each week you will receive your personalised check in via email. This is your chance to update James on your progress and any struggles you may have.

You will also get the chance to ask any burning health and fitness related questions you may have that week. This will then be answered in the Weekly LIVE, to help both you and the other challengers.

I DON'T HAVE A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT, DOES THIS MATTER?

Having a Facebook account is beneficial to make the most of your challenge, as this is where you will really feel a part of the Community, as well as benefitting from easy access to the educational tutorials and weekly LIVE's.

However, you can still join the challenge without one, as you will find everything else you need via your JML Fitness app.
