Hey, I'm James and I'm a Personal Trainer/Online Fitness coach with over
10 years experience training clients. My vision is to help as many people as possible to transform their body & mindset, so that they feel strong and confident.
Exercise has & continues to play an integral role in my life, helping me to experience not only physical benefits but many mental benefits too. It's because of this that I'm extremely passionate about sharing my knowledge & skills to help others.

WILL I BE GIVEN A DIET PLAN TO FOLLOW?
No, you will not receive a diet plan to follow. I am firmly against giving my clients diet plans to stick to.
Instead I will strive to teach you the skills to manage your own nutrition. From past experience, I have found this a much more sustainable way for my clients to live.
DO I NEED TO HAVE EXERCISED BEFORE?
No, not at all. The training plans and the on demand workouts provided are suitable for exercise beginners, as well as those who already exercise regularly.
All plans come with exercise demonstration videos, showing you how to perform each exercise, giving you the confidence to be able to do them.
HOW DO I CHECK IN?
At the end of each week you will be prompted to check in.
This is your opportunity to rate your progress and hold yourself accountable.
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED IF TRAINING AT HOME?
The home training plan is designed so that only minimal equipment is required. Therefore, all you would need is an exercise mat and a single Kettlebell. Certain exercises may require certain household objects to assist i.e. chair or sofa.
The follow along on demand workouts can also be performed with the same equipment mentioned above, or with bodyweight only.
